The design is updated from the 2008 original with a luxurious white, silver-trimmed Lightning Swoosh that stands out against vibrant hot pink. The tongue with the silver-plated ‘KM’ logo and of course the indispensable Mercurial logo complete this excellent look. The entire shoe body is made from pink flyknit fabric, covered with Nike’s all-weather protection layer (ACC).

This colorway is inspired by the Nike Mercurial Vapor Rosa 2008 football boot  prototype . At that time, Mbappé was only 10 years old and was training with his hometown small team AS Bondy. The shoes have a special impression on his childhood and Mbappé hopes to be able to own them again. That’s why NIKE published this “Pink Panther” version again.

Take a trip down memory lane to the life lessons Mbappé learned from his mother about the importance of hard work and determination in life.
